Tell us a little bit about yourself.
My name is Marquone Edmonds, I go by Coach Q. I'm 27 years young and work asa fitness specialist. I enjoy creating programs for clients that consist of creative exercises.
When and why did you start working out?
I've been training for as long as I can remember. As a collegiate athlete it's been ahobby of mine forever.
How did you first hear about Victorem?
I was looking for bands on Amazon and saw great reviews.
Did you use resistance bands previously in your workouts? If yes, how was it?
I did, but I didn't like how the rubber bands would roll or feel against my skin.
What was your first workout with Victorem bands?
My first workout consisted of jump squats and pulsing squats.
What’s your favorite exercise using the bands?
I finish all leg workouts with Jump Squats. They are my favorite.
What changes did you notice when you started using resistance bands (physically, or mentally).
It is a lot easier to activate my glutes and warm up with these bands.
What motivates you?
I am self-motivated by my own goals.
What would you say for someone just starting out using resistance bands?
Take full advantage and be ready to grow.
Are there any fun facts about yourself that you haven’t told anyone?
I eat a bowl of cereal for a before-bed-snack every night. Captain Crunch is my favorite.
