Of all the things to do to stay active, the simple squat is probably one of the best. As one of the most effective booty workouts, squats are an important exercise in any lower-body routine! Place the hip circle resistance band around your legs, above your knees. Place your feet should-width apart. Lower yourself into the squat position with your arms straight out in front of you. Hold!
It will be a great morning every morning if you do these regularly! This exercise targets the muscles in the back of your body like the hamstrings and glutes, while also giving you a great ab workout! Stand on the pull-up band with your feet around hip-width apart. Hold one end on either side. Keep a micro-bend in your knees, hinge forward, and push your butt back. Fold the top of your body forward until you're parallel to the floor. Squeeze your glutes, hold, and repeat!
Shape up your butt and thighs in no time with these exercises. It will not only hit the outer and inner thighs; this exercise will also seriously tone your booty! Place the hip circle resistance band around your legs, above your knees. Lie on your side with knees bent. Raise the knee, squeezing the thigh out wide, and repeat! Do around 10 reps before changing sides.
