I ordered a Victorem Lacrosse Rebounder (Order #112-4690558-7705048) and I received 2 identical parts, rather than a Left Bracket (#3) and a Right Bracket (#4), making safe assembly not possible. I've used the form on the website multiple times to submit my issue and have not heard back. Also, I have sent multiple emails to [****], all of which get bounced back as non-deliverable. With no phone number available, there is no way to communicate with anyone. Will be returning this item for a full refund.
This is my second purchase of these awesome bands. For me they stay in place, don’t fold over and they look fun. Because working out should look good. Highly recommend!
Lack of support on getting the net installed. Instructions are worthless. No videos or support on the site that I can find.

We bought this rebounder for our grandson's 8th birthday. It's well made, arrived quickly and, with grandpa's help, the 8-year-old was able to assemble about 75% of the rebounder by himself. It's his first year of lacrosse, and he loves practicing with his new rebounder. His 9-year-old brother uses it to practice pitching baseball. One of the hooks that holds the net on came off during assembly, but I sewed it back on. I didn't dock a star for that because it's such a great product.
